目指していること
Zenihub's vision is to revolutionize real estate investing by making a wide range of high-yielding opportunities in emerging markets easily accessible to retail investors in developed nations with just a few clicks. As capital flows from developed nations to developing nations and creates value in those regions, investment returns will flow back to the developed nations, thereby creating a healthy economic cycle.
We are initially targeting the real estate market in Vietnam, but we plan to expand to other parts of Southeast Asia and eventually to Africa, which is often referred to as “the last frontier.”
In terms of the investor market, we are initially targeting EU and Japan, and we plan to eventually expand to other developed nations such as Singapore and the U.S.
事業の内容
Zenihub is a real estate investment ecosystem that offers curated real estate investment opportunities in the form of security tokens, primarily focusing on high-yielding property deals in Southeast Asia. Utilizing a hybrid token model, we designed an incentive mechanism for property developers and for users, whereby all parties within the ecosystem become stakeholders who will receive economic benefit as our business grows.
Our vision is to make high-yielding investment opportunities in emerging markets easily accessible to retail investors in developed nations.

仕事概要と得られること
The internship will provide exposure to various aspects of Zenihub's digital marketing and community building, as well as product development activities. As the intern will be conducting a lot of research on the latest trends in the Web3 space, it will be a great opportunitity to gain and enhance his/her knowledge about this space, which is becoming a hot trend.
インターンシップで実施する業務
- Marketing: Conduct research on latest trends in the Web3 space and create content that is geared toward potential Zenihub users
- Product Testing and Development: Test new features, provide feedback and suggestions for potential improvements

Zenihubは、主に海外市場での展開を目指している為、本インターンシップの業務は高レベルの英語力が必須となります。

その他応募条件
最初の3ヶ月間は時給1,200円とし、継続する場合に1,500円になります。
