We are building "weCall", a new way of communication, not just another video group chat, but a place you vibe with your friends and loved ones.
At its core, the app encourages spontaneity. All you need is to send a wave to your friends.
Unlike scheduled Zoom calls, our app is like walking into a room where your friends happen to be hanging out and then waving your hands.
It's impromptu, it's fun, and it's genuine. Finally, you can ride the wave even in this age of tsunami of fake friendship.

仕事概要
We are looking for a person to join our team as the Campus Ambassador Manager. The ideal candidate will not only manage and guide our campus ambassadors but will also serve as a role model, leading with exemplary communication skills and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

インターンシップで実施する業務
- Recruitment & Training: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential campus ambassadors. Conduct orientation and training sessions to ensure ambassadors understand their roles, company values, and objectives.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the campus ambassadors. Solve interpersonal and professional challenges and ensure the team works harmoniously.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess the performance of each campus ambassador, setting benchmarks and ensuring they are met. Recognize outstanding ambassadors and create improvement plans for those who need assistance.
- Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to increase the visibility and effectiveness of the campus ambassador program. Monitor and analyze the program's impact and suggest improvements.
- Events & Activities: Coordinate with other departments to organize and support campus-related events, promotions, and activations.
入社後の流れ
- Orientation: We explain who we are, and what we do.
- On-the-job training: We don't much explain how to make it happen but you are the one who will think, execute, and improve the things to do.
働き方のイメージ
- Internal meeting：2hours（1hours × 2times）/week
- Individual tasks such as Campus Ambassador Management
: 8hours /week
